1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the platform's services.
• "Withdrawable Balance" refers to cash in the user's account that is not subject to any rollover requirements or promotion conditions.

2 User Eligibility

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, as an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) security measure.

Withdrawal requests will be processed once the following conditions are met:

• The account's KYC process has been fully completed.
• All rollover requirements for claimed bonuses have been fulfilled.
• There is no ongoing fraud investigation on the account in question.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mpo1881 platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Colluding with other users to exploit promotions or manipulate game outcomes.

9 Account Termination
